KP-6159E仪器适用于测试电线与平面成一定锥度旋转的情况下的使用寿命，以及模拟被测试产品在一定负载及荷重条件下的使用寿命，本仪器内置低压大电流负载，可外置瞬断仪测试产品的瞬断现象。
技术参数：
1. 控制方式：伺服电机+PLC+触摸屏。
2. 四组夹具工位：每组夹具独立伺服控制。
3. 圆锥实验角度：0-- 3600度（转速5--- 60r/m任意设定时）任意设定。
如果实验角度低于360度时最大转速的设定需带入如下公式：
进行验证，满足条件才可以进行测试，如果设置错误导致无法启动，请关机30秒后再开机重新设置测试参数。
注：X为设定角度，R为设定转速
4. 转速设定：5~60 r/m任意设定（测试角度低于360度时需满足3.4项的条件）。
5. 测试次数：0~999999（各工位独立预置）。
6. 试验角度调整：45°或自然垂直(水平)测试两种可调整（通过机械结构手动转换）
7. 四工位可以同时启动，也可以单独启动。
8. 各工位负载测试时独立输出可调电压5---20V及负载电流0.5--20A任意设定。

Test angle adjustment:45° or natural vertical(horizontal)test can be adjusted(manually by mechanical structure).
Four stations can be started at the same time, or they can be started separately.
When the load test of each station is carried out, the adjustable voltage of 5 ≤ 20V and the load current of 0.5 ≤ 20A are set at will.
Test mode: load, no load, instantaneous break arbitrary setting (independent setting of each station).
This machine has the instantaneous signal stop function of the external instantaneous interrupter NM-11B. (transient instrument provided by customer)
